Carrot salad

Description

Makes a good side dish, serving ~5 people.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel, top ā€˜n’ tail and then grate the carrots into a bowl.
  2. Add the raisins, carraway seeds
  3. Finely chop the mint leave and add them to the mix.
  4. Juice the lemon and then pour over the mixture and stir to mix.
