Ingredients
- 250g of pineapple (can be from a tin or fresh). Use a 400g tin if the weight includes the juice
- a large cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chilli
- 1 lime
- salt / black pepper
Directions
- Cut the pineapple and cucumber into chunks.
- Chop the onion.
- Finely chop the chilli
- Put the ingredients into a serving bowl
- Squeeze in the juice of a lime
- Season with salt and pepper to taste

- You can subsitute pineapple with mango
